Displaced Persons Camps dpcamps.org was founded by Olga Kaczmar in 2006 with the assistance of Pat Hamp and Donna Hoff-Grambau of The Michigan Family History Network The site grew as more and more information came online, along with research by Olga and Alan Newark of Scotland, making dpcamps.org the premier online site for researching displaced persons worldwide. dpcamps.org founder Olga Kaczmar passed in July of 2023.
